For this training, you do not need to go to the gym, you will not need anything but a chair and a wall. All exercises are completed in 7 minutes - less than the road to the fitness club would take.
This set of exercises was developed by scientists in such a way that due to the high-intensity interval training and the alternation of exercises for the upper and lower body, the maximum effect is achieved, which can be compared with a long low-intensity training (running, aerobics) .
Do each exercise for 30 seconds (15-20 repetitions), then a break of 10 seconds. Keep high intensity. One circle (12 exercises) needs to be done in 7 minutes and it can be done as a warm-up before the main training, or morning exercises.
In order to use this set of exercises as a full-fledged interval training, it is necessary to perform 2-3 laps for at least 20 minutes, while the intensity should not fall.
